Price Guide
Below is a rough indication of our pricing for building inspection services. Please note this is only an indication and will vary depending on the dwelling’s size.
Our prices for pre-purchase building and pest and pre-sale inspections start from $430 inc gst for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit or apartment. A 5 bed 2 bath brick veneer property is $550 inc gst. Please contact us for other prices or head to our booking form.
Handover inspections will start at $480 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit or apartment. These go up to $590 for a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Please contact us for other prices or head to our booking form.
Larger properties, commercial properties, and body corporate jobs are quoted on a case by case basis.
